I doubt these folks have ANY inventory, although all items are listed as "in stock".
Ordered 4 knives on 25 Jan., received on 17 Feb.
Communication good - they did advise of B/O and cancellation option.
If you want something in a hurry go elsewhere.

Bought Dell 1545 laptop. Great packaging, fast delivery, excellent communication via email. They use condition term "open box" when it should be "re-packaged". Be aware of this, do not expect merchandise in manufacturer packaging.
Adapter/charger(generic)sent with this unit did not charge battery. Dell adapters have proprietary chips installed, generics will not work.
Contacted customer service (expecting the standard run-around) to return the laptop. Received quick response from "Salena Cyprian" and she(?)expressed dismay at my problem and sent UPS shipping label to return unit.
I examined this laptop and realized it was near-new, so decided to keep it. They sent me a new Dell adapter and problem was resolved.
This seller's customer service unit is FIRST CLASS - Yes, I read many of the negatives about Techforless - based on my experience they are totally out of line.

Ordered 11 items for pre 1965 Briggs & Stratton engine on Mar 17 - all items received on Mar 24 - GA to WA. These people also had operating and parts manual for the engine.
I don't usually post to websites like this, but all the negatives concern me.
I DID check Resellerratings before placing order and was concerned - but OD was only website I could find with the parts I needed.
I also found out my local small engine repair shop uses Outdoor Distributors ....
In summary, highly recommended. Tom, Blaine WA

This merchant violated their own policies in two areas:

1. Charged credit card immediately, not when shipped as policy states.
2. Charged shipping on parts when policy clearly states parts are shipped free with vacuum order.

Further: When contacted about parts shipping charge they said they would credit this charge. They did not.
Placed order on Oct. 4th, parts shipped on Oct. 16th, received on Oct. 25, vacuum still not shipped as of this date, 26 Oct. Vacuum still listed as available on merchant website.
Sent email this date stating order for vacuum is cancelled if not shipped.
Worst internet buying experience in over ten years.

I will make NO future purchases from ANY yahoo affiliated merchant.
Update Jan. 8 '08
Vacuum arrived on Nov. 5, shipment refused.
Contested CC charge, resolved in my favor Dec. 24.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT- IN OVER THEIR HEADS, DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING - THEY REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE, WILL IGNORE YOUR EMAILS.
