The tracking number they provided indicated the item was delivered at my old address on my paypal account. When I placed my order it gave me the option of the shipping address and I choose my current of course. I contacted the customer support hotline and someone claiming to be the manager picked up the phone and said it was my fault for not reading the disclaimer that by using paypal they will only ship to a confirmed address. Furthermore a shipping receipt come with my package with with my current address and yet it was shipped to my old address. luckily my old land lord signed for it. “It clearly states on our website that we can only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. Once a customer has gone through the PayPal payment portal, they would have to physically override the address and enter a new one, which our disclaimer clearly tells one not to do.
This disclaimer is in bright red text right on the address screen, clearly stating not to go back and alter the address. This problem could have easily been avoided had the customer read this:
