I would have to concur with other displeased customers. Have a meeting with a good shrink before you buy from these people. Make sure you are better aware than I was. The service depot is very congenial, but they have no clue what your product is doing.

I bought a dvd gps for a dakota, after it was installed it kept shutting off every 10 minutes . After weeks of trying to get qualr to understand the problem and after number trips to the installed tomake sure it was correctly installed, they told me to send it back for repair. not replacement.

After spending more money to send it back they tell me someone damaged the power supply wire. HELLO??!!!!! eventualy they tole me the rear camera was defective I would have to buy another one, I paid them for thet to be shipped with the repaired unit. After waiting another month, the unit arrived today, now this is a 4 month ordeal,.. the unit arrives but there is no camera in the box, even though they insisted it would be there, and the unit is the WRONG one.. this unit will not fit in my dakota... now I have to go thru this all over again, an also get hold of paypal to try to get all my money back since I do not have anything I can use in the dakota.

This is my reason for saying get your head examined before you buy from this place.
