Web site said stock was expected June 15. Called and they said they had it in a store and would ship 2-day on Monday. Called on Wednesday, customer rep guy was helpful and said he had to investigate, took my number said he'd call back (sure, I've heard that before). He did call back in 10 minutes, said he didn't know why, but the item wasn't in NY office and did not ship -- I wouldn't be getting item today. But he had found one in the LA store and was overnighting it to me, and he had reversed the charges for shipping. When I said that wasn't necessary (just needed by the weekend), the rep said, "sir, we didn't get you the item when we said we would, it is our pleasure to refund these charges." This was 1700 EDT, item was on my front porch at 1030 the next morning. Highest marks.
