“This customer is or will be receiving their order.
RE YACHTS: The publisher of Yachts shows that the order began with the July/Aug 2010 issue and expires with the May 2011 issue. The address on file with the publisher is the same as what was entered on the order. The publisher does not show any returns from the postal service so the order is being fulfilled by the publisher as it should be.
RE BOATING: The publisher shows that this order will begin with the Jan 2011 issue which will arrive by 12/15/10 per the publisher. The delay encountered in the start date on this title is due to a problem with the clearinghouse this order was submitted to. Had the order been properly processed by the clearinghouse the first issue would have been sent much sooner. For reasons such as this, we are no longer utilizing the services of this particular clearinghouse as we cannot have dissatisfied customers.
We have also checked our historical e-mail files and we do not show that this customer has sent anything to customer service for response or we would have responded as we respond to each and every e-mail sent to our customer service department.”
