Took 3 attempts to reach customer service before I got a reply, and they said they shipped it to the wrong person and would let me know when it shipped. Never heard from them again despite numerous attempts to reach them. Never received items or refund. Have proceeded with legal action against them. Scam, fraud, buyer beware.
