I am happy but it sure did take a long time. I sent them copies of my order through the mail and emailed them constantly. I like the dvd\u0027s they send. The dvd\u0027s seem bootleg but the picture and sound qualities are awesome. I am an anime collector, to me, the prices arre really great for what you get. I have ordered 5 boxsets so far and all have been a great deal. I am happy but they need to fix their customer service communication better.
