They did a \u0022trace\u0022 on it, another week goes by. They determine UPS lost it, they would ship it out again \u0022next week\u0022. I got what I ordered in the end, but it took over a month and a ridiculous number of phone calls.<br><br>The funny thing is, I went with them because they were $10 cheaper on a $200 item.
