I ordered an electronic keyboard for my daughter. They offered the most economical package, with the keyboard, bench, stand, pedals, headphones...I'm glad we did the package instead of adding to the keyboard little by little. I loved the video example posted on the site - it was what clinched the final sale. Once the piano arrived, we received a personal email to confirm our satisfaction, then received another a few months later. Their customer support is top notch.
