After a fantastic first experience with Digital Storm in 2007, I decided to return several weeks ago for the purchase of a new machine. My expectations going into this purchase were quite high, but I can honestly say that they were far surpassed in every arena, from customer service to build quality.

While placing the order via phone, the representative I spoke with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient as I asked a myriad of configuration questions. Once my order was processed, I was beyond pleased to see emails informing me of the stage that my build was in, providing a more accurate estimation of ship date, etc. My build was completed faster than scheduled, and off it shipped to my door.

While I had a fantastic experience during purchasing, it was when my PC arrived that I recognized the leaps Digital Storm has made in the last several years. From a well-branded box to an extremely impressive packing job, this presentation removed any doubts that my PC was anything less than superb. I was also very pleased with build quality; wiring was very clean, not a single cable came loose thanks to internal packaging (great idea!).

When it's time for me to upgrade again, I know where I'll be purchasing. Thanks again for a fantastic customer experience, DS!
