I've been using their products for years. They are definitely my "go-to" vendor of choice for software to solve technical issues and increase performance. I'm currently using PC Matic and it works just as advertized. More importantly, the Technical Support that they provide is by far the best on the web; they react to all support requests extremely quickly and professionally.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

UPDATE - ThePaws realized what had happened and immediately resolved the problem. They re-sent the missing product and a couple of extra dog toys. I couln't have asked for a better outcome

WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE - CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE PAWS IS NON-EXISTANT.

I ORDERED A PRODUCT AND PAID FOR IT WELL OVER A MONTH AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. I SENT MANY EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE NEVER EVEN READ. i HAVE LEFT MANY PHONE MESSAGES AND NONE WERE RETURNED.

(I placed a similar comment earlier on their Facebook page and they removed it.)

The customer service at Maxxima is far and beyond what I have experienced at any other online retailler. I had a product that died and was pleasantly surprised at the response from "Ellin" at Maxxima. She went out of her way to replace my product and even followed up with me.
I would highly recommend them as a trusted vendor. Their product line is great too.

The company has a terrible return policy. If you need to return something and receive an RMA, the email that they send leads you to believe that as long as the gun has not been used, no battery was attached and no tank was put on it, the gun would still be considered new. They also point you to their web site’s return policy. On the return policy it says that all returns are subject to a restocking fee, but it does NOT say that all returns will be charged a restocking fee. -- (Example= if you go through airport security, all passengers and luggage are subject to search, but all are not searched.)
I had to return a gun and it was sent back in "new in box" condition and I was charged 20%. The sites owner would not budge, he basically said tough on you. When I indicated that I would take it up with American Express, he said that he is not worried; he has had a lot of dealings with credit card companies. I guess this means that he gets a lot of complaints about returns and is used to fighting with the credit card companies.

The company has a policy of "no customer service". I received a defective product and called the company.I was told that they would rather have "lower prices and less customer service". The owner of the company refused to pay to have a defective product shipped back to him.He said that he doesn't have time to test all of the products that he sells, which is acceptable, but he also said that he can not stand behind the quality of any product and a consumer should expect a certain amount of defective products; it's not his problem

This site continues to impress me. The products in the mystery boxes are better than the usual dollar store items from many other daily deal sites. They ship quickly and the prices are very reasonable.

I neede a replacement battery for my cell phone and found this to be the best price ( including shipping charges) Everything was shipped as promised. I highly recommend this site for both value and service

The prices are low, but the merchandise is TERRIBLE, Cheap products and 2 of the 4 products arrived damaged and scratched up.
