I previously ordered from SharperImage. It was a okay if I recall correctly. This time around, it is totally different. I placed an order on 3/3/06. It is in Processing status for about a week. I called and was told that the product is not in stock. I waited and it was finally shipped on 3/10/06 - a Friday. I would expect it get to me within a week. It did not. The tracking information show no progress. I finally called them again on 3/20/06. The representative said he will ship another one out via UPS. I called again on 3/24/06 to trying to get a tracking number. I was notified that it is shipped via USPS instead UPS as stated by the 3/20 call. I started to get very upset and start to complaint about the slowness of this. He told me that the delay was due to address does not match the credit card - which is false and totally a lie, my first conversation with them was that the product is not in stock.
I would not recommend ordering online with this store.
I'm still waiting for my shipment.
I called again on 3/28/06, this time the representative said the shipping partner that they are using is going out of business.
