They replaced it. The replacement was also damaged in shipment. Both instances of shipping damage were completely preventable had Solid Signal bothered to do a better job of packaging. But their packaging is very superficial. They would probably replace it again if I asked; I\u0027ll give them credit for that. But I\u0027m too busy to play this game. Mail order only works when the seller respects your needs, and my needs are for new products to arrive in new condition. I will not do business with them again.
