AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL !!! This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing on Ebay, or online in general for that matter. Item (a cash register) shipped in standard time (5 days) but arrived damaged. I wrote them an e-mail immediately and informed them of the situation. It took them 6 days to e-mail me back - and they told me NOT to ship the item back to them. I called John, the owner, and Jill, the shipping manager multiple times, and never had any phone calls returned. I got aggravating e-mails simply saying: "What is your order number" althought the order number was plainly referenced in the subject of the e-mail. I even called during the day, during their "regular business hours" and only got voicemails. Anyway, I filed a dispute with Paypal - knowing full well that this was the only way to get my money back. I won the claim, and shipped them the register back at my own expense. The owner is a liar, plain and simple. He stated several times that he had filed a claim with the shipper, and that UPS had dropped the ball. Totally inept company, stay away at all costs !!
