We exchanged few more emails and every time I had a response within 30min to 1 hour. I was pleasantly surprised. <br>Problem was of course taken care of immediately.<br><br>The customer service is truly excellent and I would not hesitate for a second to do business with LCD4Video again. I got the best price I could find. One strobe had flash tube damaged which I found out after bringing everything home. Adray replaced everything the same day of course.<br><br>This week I bought Profoto AcuteB generator and Canon 5DII from them. Eric gave me $300 discount on the AcuteB and $50 on the 5DII. Cannot beat that!<br><br>They are authorized dealer for many brands and always stand behind their products. Returning items is never a problem - I returned Sekonic lightmeter last month, no questions asked. <br><br>They are not very well known, even though they have been in business for over 50 years. Give them a try.
