I order from this company all the time and have always had good experiences. Until they sent me the wrong size and I had to try to return it. First they want me to pay for the return. Not gonna happen people, I didn't send the wrong size, I did nothing wrong, why should I have to pay to send a heavy item back to you? I requested a return label and was sent a UPS label. Which means I have to drive 12 miles to drop it off. OK, I accept that, even though I don't necessarily like it. Then I wait, and wait and wait. I email again to be told that when they receive the package, process it and finish, then maybe they will send the correct size, if they have it in stock. Not too good on the customer service end here people. I didn't make the mistake, but now I'm waiting for you to fix it, and you are very slow about it. Although I do like your site, I'm going to have to think long and hard about ordering again.
