Ordered two ATX power supplies (PSU) from geeks.com. They arrived timely, but packaged completely wrong. The bare PSU were put into a large box, and a few air pillows thrown in for good measure.
As a result, one of the PSU is severely warped and banged up. I'm afraid of even powering that thing up. It won't fit into the PSU cage of my Antec P180B because of the warped edges.

I contacted geeks.com twice via their web site and asked about how this could be rectified. I left contact information including email and phone number. It is now 3 days in and nobody has bothered to contact me at all, even though the site states that I should expect some sort of feedback within 24 hours.

I can appreciate their assortment of geek products. However, when I have to pay $13 shipping for two PSU, I expect proper packaging.
I also expect for my emails not to be ignored. I was polite and simply asking for possible avenues to reconcile the problem.

Update 5/1/09: I was contacted, coincidentally right after leaving this review. I was offered a full refund for one PSU and shipping, and a free return shipping label. I consider that a very generous offer on a small budget purchase and will change my feedback rating accordingly.

In the end, two gripes:
(1) very poor packaging which damaged the product
(2) it took them 5 days and a posting on resellerratings.com to get back to me

One word: Wonderful.

Great ordering process, very quick shipping with sturdy packaging. Everything arrived undamaged, and was exactly what I ordered.
I ordered 100 Taiyo Yuden DVD's and 100 Taiyo Yuden CDR's, and I verified the media ID with my burner, and yes they are proper TY discs, no fakes.
At the price I paid, this is the best on the net.

I have ordered cables and adapters from monoprice.com multiple times now, and have been 100% satisfied with them.
The web site is easy to use, checkout is quick. The prices are really low, especially given the quality of the products. Things like USB and FireWire cables or rounded IDE cables are often very expensive, but they're just a few bucks at monoprice, usually at about 1/2 to 1/3 of the price of other reputable online dealers.
The USPS shipping is very cheap and efficient. I usually get my order 2 days after ordering, with an average price of $3-$4 per order for shipping. You just can't beat that. I absolutely love monoprice.com.

All cables I ordered were individually wrapped, and 100% what I ordered. They corresponded with the pictures of the web site (color, length etc) and all worked as expected. Very high quality stuff.

I ordered a baby gate from this store (a Kidco G60). They had it for a very good price, with free ground shipping which is impossible to get anywhere else for such a large item. They also have all the accessories (step plates for example) you can get included with your order and still get free shipping.
I placed my order on Friday, 3/11 and received it Monday, 3/14. It does not get much better than that.
Living in Comfort sent out notices after placing the order and after shipping it, no problems with Billing either.
I am very happy with this purchase, and will buy from them again in a heartbeat. No complaints at all.

Excellent delivery, outstanding pricing.
Cheapest price on the web for my item, and they included ground shipping!
I had my package two days later, it was very well packaged and as advertised.
I can't believe how much they undercut everyone else , offer free shipping, and there is no catch at all.
Will order from them again, I'm VERY happy with them.

Here is why I buy 95% of computer hardware at newegg: when something goes wrong, or just not to my liking, they will make things right every time as long as I'm within reason.
I purchased an expensive video card ($300+) that was supposed to be pretty good but turned out to be not so, loud and hot when it was advertised as cooler and quieter than reference cards.
Newegg has a clear policy for replacement only. However, having let them know the issues right away, they ended up really stepping up and taking back the card and issuing me a FULL refund. They even paid shipping back to them.
Now, this is based on a good history with them and thousands of dollars spent there. Still, I know from experience that NO other shop will do this. And it was all done and over within days. They received the card after 4 days shipping and issued a refund within 2 days.
Thanks Newegg, you really do deserve the praise.

I ordered two items that had to arrive before christmas. There being enough time from 12/15 to 12/24, I picked the free ground shipping for both items.
They shipped from seperate places, and the big item I ordered shipped a day after the other one, so I was afraid that it would not make it in time, even though the amazon page had informed me that they fully expect the item to arrive on or before 12/24.
To make sure that they did all they could to make that date happen, they upgraded the large item (27 lbs) to 2nd Day Air! That's an expensive upgrade for them, and from what I see at other merchants, amazon isn't making a lot of profit on what I ordered.
Thanks Amazon, that's good service.

What a great service!
All I ordered was 2 cleaning tapes for my DAT drive, but my order got all the attention needed, and then some.
I sent a technical question about clening tapes (will it work in my DDS2 drive?) to them, had a response next day confirming that it should work fine. Also instructions on use (I never used a cleaning tape before.)
I used the cheapest shipping (USPS) and had my order 2 days later, packaged up very nicely.
You can't ask for more. Great, friendly support, ultra-fast and cheap shipping, and very good prices.
I'll buy there again.
