This was the worst online watch buying experience any customer could have. I placed the order, all looked well...after a week I checked my invoice to see if the item had been shipped, no, it had not been shipped. I received a formated auto response to my inquiring that they were backed up and would ship as soon as possible. Another week passed, I sent a letter repeating my request...got the same BS autoresponse. After that, I sent an email stating I want a real response..and I got one today, keep in mind I placed my order on the 16th and now it's the 30th:
"Hello Valued Customer,
I regret to inform you that we cannot fulfill your request at this time. We are currently out of stock of the item referenced above and are unable to obtain it from the manufacturer. As we will not be able to receive the item in a reasonable time frame, I have cancelled this item from your order; your credit card has not been charged. We would like to offer you a discount on your next purchase. Simply place code “a10” in the Coupon Code field to receive this offer. As always, your complete satisfaction is our first priority.

This is a complete and utter load of bull that a company cannot keep track of their inventory and communicate with their customers in more expeditious manor..
I will never order from these people again.....Fer f!#s sake, "a reasonable time frame??"I love the wording in their email "a reasonable time frame"...a reasonable timeframe would have been to update your website to reflect a lack of inventory on a real time basis or at the very least respond to a customers email....
