Ordering process took some time. They seems to prevent any online order fraud. It is good intention but it is not convenient to me. I had to go through several steps. Anyway, after going through credit department, everything was so fast. They shipped on the same day. Maybe I did not understand their processing.

Update : It came in just 3 days. The packing has been done very well. This is excellent seller.
Remember that you have to go through their credit department to clear your order even though you finished all process in web. They really want to make sure any credit card fraud.

I am so happy for this reseller. Strongly recommend.

This reseller needs to notify to customer before processing the order if the item is not stock.

I sent out my film for processing. I used the their yellow envelop and tear off the receipt(530226). For 3 weeks, I don't get any thing back so I sent multiple emails querying on my status. It took 3 - 4 days to get back the reply saying that they did not received film. It might be lost by USPS. But their respone to customer is very slow. One more comment, they asked me not to send a film any more because they plan to stop developing film and will focus on digital only. So don't send any film to them. It sounds like throwing away our expensive films and looking for more profitable area. I am not going to do any business with this comapny.

I bought komusa brand 1GB SD card and it was not recognized in any environment(PC/LINUX/CARD READER/POCKET PC). so I asked the return. Initially, it took long time to get back response.
But, after that, it worked as they said in their return policy. Actually, the item I received is a general OEM brand. So, as a reseller, this is not Komusa's fault.
