I'm happy with the price that was offered for my pre-lease of Garmin GPS. I'm also happy with the email update on the latest shipping date. I sent an email to customer service concering the policy for refunds and received a prompt reply. Although, my experience is limited thus far, I am growing an very favorable impression of MegaGPS. Thanks. Harold
