I placed an order for a CPU, then needed to cancel it only to find there is no documented way of doing so. I sent emails which were never responded to. I called them and only got the same two voicemail boxes each time; that, too, was never responded to. But I haven\u0027t been billed either, nor have I received anything - which is what other customers have experienced, apparently. So this company is highly untrustworthy despite past reviews here. The lights are on, but nobody\u0027s home.
