Pyle PDC-22 was defective, had scratches, looks like product was opened. Customer service sent a replacement unit without any question (happy finally)<br><br>2. Nikon SB-910 pack came without printed manual, unusual for Nikon products. I am yet to report to B & H.<br><br>3. I had to pay $ 16 for next day shipping to NJ, while order for $1200+ included two items with free shipping offer. This does not make sense!. Customer service could not waive $ 16.
