I placed my order for $240 about 12 days ago and still have not received my package. I never heard a word and never even received a tracking number, yet payment was made 12 days ago. Finally I decided to call him after I received no package and no update. He claims that he addressed the package to me, but somehow it got shipped to a guy in Utah (I'm in TN), another one of his customers expecting a package. He blamed it on the post office and told me he would get a new tracking number for me today. Well, today is up and I still don't have my tracking number. I suspect he hasn't even shipped it yet. I have never heard of a package addressed to a customer in TN accidentally arriving in Utah, and it just so happens that the person who got the package was another customer! If it were supposed to be a post office error, more likely it would have been shipped to a random address, or one that looks like mine.
There is something very fishy about this company. Their website looks professional at first glance, but upon close examination reveals the work of a four year old. Ever page is marked with an http[B]s[/B] address which forces the user to verify a windows dialog box upon clicking every single link on every single page. Also, lol, the auto generated password has the form: H2&hE6#n84H$#f1:5?h. lol, I guess he wants to make it super difficult for his customers to come back, lol. Don't worry, I will not be back. This was my first non-disposable shaving set; an experience that should have been a pleasure but turned into a nightmare thanks to Lee.
All I want at this point is a refund, but he has yet to return my message.
