I ordered two magazines for my xd 40 on the 9th of November and paid extra for two day Fed Ex shipping. Three days later (Nov 12) having received nothing at all regarding my order, I emailed the company using a form on their web site (there is no phone number to call). I got no response that day so I called my credit card company and the card had not yet been charged so I assumed that something had gone wrong and the order had not been successful. On Monday morning November 14, five days after placing my order with Sportsman’s Depot, I ordered two magazines from a different vendor and received an order confirmation within minutes. Later that Monday I got an email from Sportsman’s Depot indicating that my order had suddenly been “updated” and that it had now been shipped. Fifteen minutes after that I got an email from Bill Jorgensen at Sportsman’s Depot (apparently in reply to the email I had sent on the 12th) with the words “Someone submitted the form from Sportsman’s depot contact form page” in the subject line and not another word in the email. The magazines finally arrived two day later by regular mail. I don’t know if they are made by Springfield Armory or not but they work fine so I decided to keep them for my practice bag. Bottom line, don’t order from Sportsman’s Depot unless you don’t mind being in the dark about your order and certainly don’t pay anything extra for shipping. You will get it when you get it. If you get it.
