I am disappointed with the shipping because I paid for second day air but got my product like 5 days later. I order on Monday and submitted the info required by Tuesday but they did not ship until Thursday afternoon, I receive my product the following Monday. I did not like paying for a service that was not provided, 2nd day air was 4 or 5 days total. If your company could take a different approach in fulfilling the orders that require 2nd day air may I had been fully satisfy. I liked the price of the item I bought, it was the most economical that I found available in the internet. The product was received in good condition. “The reviewer's order was processed and shipped exactly as our stated policies indicated that it would be.
As it states on our shipping information page, all gun orders may have up to 4 business days of processing time before they are ready for shipment. The shipping method selected during the checkout process is the method used to ship the order *after the order processing time has completed*.
The reviewer placed his order late on a Monday night, and the order began processing Tuesday morning. After two business days of processing time, the reviewer's order did in fact ship out on Thursday via 2nd Day Air, which was the method the reviewer selected during checkout.
We are very clear and up front about this policy and all of our shipping and order policies, which are described in detail on our Shipping Information page.
The Shipping Information page is available to read at all times, both before and after an order is placed, and is also linked-to:
1) In the right-hand column of every page on the website
2) On every gun's product page, below a heading that reads "Please ensure that you have familiarized yourself with the process before placing a gun order:"
3) On the final order confirmation screen, where the purchaser in fact checks a box indicating that he has read, understands, and agrees to all policies
4) On the final screen after completing the checkout process
5) In all order confirmation e-mails
From the Shipping Information page, regarding gun order processing times:
"Please allow for processing time of at least 1 business day and up to 4 business days for all gun orders before they are ready for shipment. While many gun orders will ship the next day or second next day, some may require additional processing time. Please allow for at least one day of processing time after your dealer has submitted a copy of their FFL to us. You will receive status updates and a notification via e-mail when your order has shipped."
