I bought a Canon S3 IS camera and a Kingston 1G SD flash memory card. The camera price was exceptionally low, to the point that I was concerned about using Profeel because I had never even heard of them before and have heard scary stories about some vendors with extremely low prices. I am very glad I went with Profeel anyway, because the service was very good.
I phoned in the order after researching online, and although he was a little quiet and difficult for me to understand at times, the gentleman I spoke with was making the effort to be sure all information was correct, and that I was getting what I was asking for. I was on hold a few minutes initially, but the sales person checked back with me every minute or so to make sure I was okay with waiting. He took my order efficiently and answered several questions I had. He also asked about a number of other things I might need, without being too pushy, and respected my decisions when I declined. A sales receipt/order conformation email followed promptly that night, followed by a tracking email when the items shipped the next day. The free shipping was via UPS and took 4 days, which included a weekend. The package was in good shape and included an invoice, packing list and everything I ordered.
The same evening I had ordered a number of accessories from 3 major online vendors I'm sure everyone has heard of. The mighty river one's free shipping wasn't even initiated until today, as of now the package still hasn't yet even been picked up. The nova ova order was pay-for shipping, had more fancy emails associated with it, but is not due to arrive until tomorrow. The third vendor is holding my order at my request waiting on stock, but it was a day before they contacted me to indicate they could or would do this. Profeel wins on all counts.
Overall a very satisfying shopping experience. Profeel is a vendor I will not hesitate to use again and do definitely recommend to others.

They promised to get approval before charging me or shipping, but did not. As soon as I got the shipping quote email, I canceled the order because I wasn\u0027t going to pay $18 to ship a $21 camera strap. They charged me and shipped it before they got my acceptance or cancellation reply. They claimed to not have the cancellation. I have refused\/returned the package, and they ~say~ they will refund my money, but I\u0027m not hopeful. They said they would wait for my approval before charging my card and shipping, but they didn\u0027t. I\u0027ll consider myself lucky if I get my money back without having to go to the credit card company for help.
