They made no attempt to contact me about an initial problem with my order, despite having my email and phone number. Nor would they answer emails. When they did build the system, they put the OS on the wrong drive, they left a jumper on the drives that drastically reduced their performance, and they reversed 1394 and USB cables on the motherboard, which destroyed two of my memory sticks before I discovered the problem. Major quality control issues; stay away. UPDATE: 12\/21\/2006.
