Everything was perfect. Fast shipping and no issues. Good packaging. Product works.

I placed an order online for 2 table lamps. The price was $132. The website said, "Shipping is free for all orders of Lamps & Futon Covers over $100. Everything else we will email you the shipping costs for your approval before we finalize the order," but they emailed me saying it would be $30 - which is ridiculous, considering the size and weight of the package, and the fact that they advertise free shipping for orders over $100. I told them to cancel the order because of the ridiculous shipping and lies, so they finally agreed to ship it for free. However, the order didn't ship out until 5/25/04, which was 3 days short of a month AFTER I paid them. I called them twice to get status, and they kept asking for my phone number, saying they would call me back, but they never called. It wasn't until my third phone call that I got the shipping information, and that's because I gave them a very hard time for not calling me back twice.

-Poor communication.
-Shipping advertised free on website but they tried to charge it anyway.
-Extremely slow shipping.
