Total rubbish. I bought a battery for the Motorola V3 razr, and after waiting 13 days to get it, the item was completely defective! 3 separate phones power up and report the battery is full, then when you try and make a call, the phones shut off. When you try to charge it, the phones all say "charge completed" within seconds, but the problem persists. I requested a RMA 7 days ago but still no response. I am not satisfied - I got the item 13 days after I bought it and it turns out to be useless.

On another note, the battery I got might be counterfeit. Although it has the motorola logos, it lacks the serial number and lot number, which is present on all other motorola batteries. Also, the font used is different from the other batteries I've seen.

I would never buy from this store again - I would say to all my friends and anyone reading this - AVOID THIS STORE. I called customer service to complain, and all that happened was they hung up on me even before saying a word.

lowest price on the particular item i bought: XFX Low Profile Bracket Kit. Item was shipped very promptly, and was well packaged. A very smooth ride.

Prices are good, and their shipping is very fast and relatively cheap. But customer service, especially returns, are a pain in the butt. The internet system is supposed to generate automatic RMA numbers but it doesn't, and when you try to call them, apparently a guy named Steve is supposed to handle it, but he never does. I suggest when you use the phone system, just wait for the receptionist. Also, the yahoo order number isn't essential, as long as you remember your telephone number. But, Be Aware that YOU CAN'T CHECK ORDER HISTORY USING THEIR WEBSITE.

They had the best price I found on the internet for a rare cooling product. Shipping is very reasonable, and very fast. Also, there is an option to "Make an Offer" where if the company thinks your offer is reasonable, they will sell you the item at that price. Great!

this site is run by responsible and helpful people...when i had a problem with my order, they emailed me right away. i'm so glad to find a seller or high quality pentium 4 socket 423 cpu coolers. since the introduction of the newer socket 478, almost every store has either stopped carrying 423 hardware or sell it at exorbitant prices. it was both amusing and suprising to find slot 1 coolers still on sale! ebay did have cheaper items, but they were inferior in terms of performance and do not come with as good a warranty. excellent!
