The advertised base price up front was not the lowest online, but when I factored in what I accessories I needed, it was a great deal - actually lower cost overall than some of the misleading competitors. Two messages in two days on my answering machine from US1 Cameras telling me to call about my order. It took 2 more days to get through to a live human being. I questioned the message from US 1 Camera because I ordered from Primo. Mark said he didn\u0027t know what I was talking about. He then gave me the line that the battery with the camera wouldn\u0027t last long because of the energy used by the view screen and pressured me to upgrade the battery. When I tentatively agreed, the price quoted was more than the original price plus the upgraded batter. He then told me that shipping is free but it\u0027s posted on the website that there\u0027s a 9.99 handling charge. There is no such thing posted on the website that I could find. I cancelled the order.
