Excellent service and fast processing of order. Their prices on Adobe products are the best I've found. Had no issues with installing or updating. I look forward to doing more business with DeedShop.com.

I have been, up to this point, a very satisfied customer of eCost for several years, and enjoyed not only their great deals and prompt shipping, but responsive customer service on the rare occasion when it was required. It is obvious that something has changed horribly for the worse with regard to their CS process.

The Plantronics stereo bluetooth headset I received was defective and missing parts. The only way to arrange a return is by calling their toll-free CS number (M-F only, despite contrary info on their site). After trying for three days and consistently getting a recording telling me "all circuits are busy", I finally got through - to their automated phone system. After selecting the proper choice for CS, I spent the next HOUR AND 25 MINUTES listening to another recording telling me "how important my call was".

Once connected with a CS rep, I then had to wait an additional ten minutes to speak with a tech support person before a return could be authorized. When asked if I preferred a refund or replacement, I could only imagine how much more of my life would be wasted if the replacement was also defective.

Yes, after an hour and forty-six minutes, my RMA was issued and I was emailed a return UPS label. I only spent $100 of my billable time to return a $40 headset. I sincerely hope eCost takes these issues to heart and moves rapidly to correct them. They have provided excellent service in the past and I hope they can find a way to return to that standard. I gave them 2 stars only because of their past performance. This last experience wouldn't rate 1 star.

I have purchased several times from TechforLess without problems. Shipping is sometimes a bit slower than other vendors, but the price more than makes up for it. TfL specializes in open box items that have been tested and repackaged for sale, saving the customer 50-60% or more. Their consistent service has earned them a place on my preferred vendor list.

I frequently purchase IT products both for clients and myself (I'm an IT consultant). I have found Mwave.com to be a consistently reliable vendor offering quality products at good to great prices. I have ordered from them many times over the past few years and never had to contact customer service for anything. Products were always shipped out promptly and usually arrive earlier than expected. Mwave.com has deservedly earned a place on my preferred vendor list.

I'm always leery about entrusting 700+ of my hard-earned dead presidents to a company with whom I have no prior experience, but after reading the comments and ratings here on BuyDigitalDirect, I decided to purchase a Nikon CoolPix 5700 from them as they had one of the lowest prices anywhere on the net.

I ordered my camera online late Thursday night and received a confirmation email Friday asking me to "verify my credit card info." I also missed a phone call at work from Jeremy and was unable to reach him that day. He did call back Sunday to confirm my order and a few credit card details (alternate shipping address on file, etc.) and offered the customary array of overpriced accessories. He was extemely friendly & polite and not pushy at all when I explained that I had everything I needed. He confirmed I would receive an email when the camera shipped.

I was slightly concerned when the camera had not shipped out by Tuesday, but received both a FedEx notice and one from BDD on Wednesday informing me that the camera had shipped 2 day FedEx (I had only paid for ground) and was scheduled for delivery on Friday. Imagine my surprise when it arrived at my office on Thursday!

Camera was exactly as advertised: US model with Nikon USA warranty, brand new - no obivous repackaging and all pieces accounted for. In short, a model etail purchasing experience. I would have no hesitation recommending this dealer to anyone looking for an excellent price without the scam tactics that seem so prevalent in this sector.

In BuyXtremeGear.com I have found a new PC components etailer that should be on everyone's "A" List. Not only did they have the lowest in-stock price on the ATI AIW 8500DV card I wanted, but their $5.95 shipping charge was among the lowest I've seen in quite a while -they definitely don't pad this item like some other places I won't mention. I had some initial misgivings about the clearly stated 1-3 day order processing time BEFORE shipping, but my card shipped the day after I ordered and the 3-day FedEx Express Saver shipment arrived a day early, giving me the new card for the weekend instead of having to wait until the indicated Monday delivery date. They have deservedly earned a spot on my personal preferred vendors list and I will most certainly consider them for future purchases.
