The item would have been great if that was what I ordered. I received the wrong print.

When I contacted ebags with the mistake, they assured me that they were in stock and would get the correct item to me. I was asked to wait at least 24 hours for my "account to go through processing".

I waited 36 hours, then contacted ebags to switch for the correct purse. I was then told that they were out of stock on the purse that I wanted.!!??

I sent a very unhappy email back to customer service. I was told "sorry for the inconvenience and please return the bag in question. Here's a 20% discount" for the next time I shop ebags. That coupon will not be redeemed.

After reading some reviews, I kept the bag. I'll give it to another daughter on another gift occasion.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

As the other reviews state, the pictures do not accurately portray the product. And Try getting some help from customer service.

On 12-18-09 I ordered a "Slipp-Nott" system for a basketball team. I received just the replacement sheets on 12-29-09. I called immediately and spoke with a customer service rep. I was told that I would receive an email with an answer.
By 1-5-10, I had received nothing.

I again called. I was told that they would ship it (after being on hold for 20 minutes) on Wed. I would receive it on Monday. It's a gift for the team and they have a tournament on Saturday. I told them I needed it by Friday. After being on hold for only 15 minutes this time, I was told this was impossible. I asked why it couldn't be shipped 2nd day air. 15 minutes on hold again, I was told NO.

I told the rep to cancel my order and I wanted a refund. I'm now waiting for my return instructions so my refund can be processed. After reading one of the other reviews, I expect to sit on the phone for a lot longer before this situation is concluded.

I Think I'll copy this review and forward it to the Better Business Bureau if they don't satisify my request immediately.
