Ordered a 580 EX II from these guys and got the phone call the next morning telling me that the flash was not compatible with my camera bodies. Of course that was to news to me since I own several of them already and about $30,000 worth of Canon Cameras. They insisted that what I needed was the 580 ex II "DG" which was of course several hundred dollars more.

Of course Canon does not make a DG model and in speaking with Canon these guys are not authorized dealers.

When I insisted they ship what I ordered they said they were going to cancel the order (which they did) and hung up. I have recorded the entire conversation and have contacted the AG in New York and NC along with Canon.

I have lots of documentation and plan on using it to the fullest. Companies like this need to be closed
