ordered a paper photo background,but instead they sent a roll of wall paper,and it came in pieces,and it took almost a month, contacted customer service and they offered an $8dl coupon but not an answer to my problem, waited a week:nothing,then on the chat they said I had to send the roll back but I had to pay for the shipping,and I refused because they were supposed to honor the $99.cent fee they charge you if for any reason the product is wrong they would pay for the return shipping,so I opened a pay pal claim and they offered to pay me back just the amount of the item minus the shipping cost,so i agreed because I don't have time to argue with their crappy customer service. I'll sell the piece of craaap roll is useless to me. Another background is supposed to be on its way here to the USA, and I'm worried is not going to be what I ordered.The roll of paper they sent me was not what I ordered,size was different,and they said it was one piece but it was actually several pieces,and the shipping method got changed by them,and with the second item I ordered they did the same,I paid for fedex and they sent an email saying it got changed to regular mail...I'll never buy anything again with them, shady business,crappy customer service,the good reviews you see here must be made up.
