Excellent experience. Item better than described, carefully packed. Could have been shipped a little quicker, but was ordered on a holiday weekend and I would not consider this a problem. KEH is probably the best place to look for used photo equipment in the US.

Great on-line merchant. Smooth easy to navigate website, simple ordering process, reasonable shipping rates, prompt shipping and delivery with careful packing.

This is store that I always check before I buy.

B&H tends to be my go-to store when I am looking for camera equipment or electronics. They care a broad selection of options, and specialize in expert advice, careful packaging, and prompt shipping.

They are an outstanding on-line merchant, truly the industry standard.

Second Camera purchase from Willoughby's and the second essentially perfect experience. Ordered Pentax K100D Super at best price I could find on the Net ( excluding the scam artists). Purchase was verified by their Security Department ( without any pressure to "upgrade" or buy anything else), shipped promptly and arrived on schedule. I am a highly satisfied customer and can recommend Willoughby's-- they do what they say they will.

Ordered item on 9/05/2007 via website, item stated to be factory fresh and in stock. Received email to call on 9/06/2007. When I called I was asked as to why I was buying a camera body without battery, cables, body cap etc.( these items are supplied by the manufacturer with the camera body and would be present unless the packaging had been opened and they had been removed). When I stated that the order was correct and the body was all I wanted, I was told that the item was "back ordered" and it would be 4-6 weeks before it was available. ( If this were, in fact the case, that should have been the first line of the conversation, IMHO). When I said that I didn't understand, the website stated that the item was in stock, I was told that the order was cancelled and that someone was updating the website as we spoke. The website continues to show the item as in stock as I write this.

I think that there was never any intention to sell the item at the advertised price ( which certainly was attractive) and that this is the "bait and switch etc" that so many others have mentioned. My own feeling is that there was an attempt to sell me items/accessories which were in fact included in order to raise the final price.

I cannot reccommend this merchant. There appear to have been several hundred complaints filed against them with the NYC BBB, most of them seemingly similar to incidents reported here.

It may be possible, if you get lucky, or argue load enough to get what they advertise. I'm just happy that I am no longer one of their customers.
