I have ordered several things from B&H and have always been perfectly satisfied. Fast shipping, great prices, and all of my merchandise has been in perfect shape. I don't know what else to say, I've never had a problem with this store. If you haven't been to their store and you are in New York you should check it out, even if you don't want to buy anything, it is impressive.

Like so many other people I have done a lot of shopping through Amazon.com and have never been disappointed. They deserve to be one of the top online retailers. I'm sure I don't have to tell anyone they don't have to worry when they shop at Amazon.com but I will anyway. The only problem I ever had was when I ordered an iPod cable a while ago and it wasn't going to ship for a couple of months after I ordered it. I thought it said it was in stock but I could be wrong. I canceled my order very easily and there was no harm no foul. I've had a similar experience with another online retailer and the cancellation was not nearly as easy. I shop at Amazon with confidence that I'm not going to get jerked around. That is more rare than you might think.

This was the first time I had ever ordered from CrazyPC and it was definitely a good experience. I needed a water cooling system and CrazyPC was the only place I could find every thing I needed in stock. I ordered several items and crossed my fingers that it would all get here properly. CrazyPC delivered promptly and everything was perfect.

This is an amazing concept that a few online retailers have figured out. You put something in a cart, you pay for it, they send it to you quickly, and it works! I always seem to buy all of my motherboards through ZipZoomfly and I have never been disappointed (as well as many other things). I have no idea what there customer service is like because I've never needed it. I prefer this method. They have always shipped me exactly what I order, quickly. This is how business is supposed to be. Fast, easy, great prices, and just plain right.

When Buy.com is good, they're really good. When they're bad, they are really bad. I've been chasing RitzCamera for 3 months now over an order dispute and it turns out that Buy.com may have been a big part of the problem. It is Buy.com policy that if there is a problem with your order, take it up with the 3rd party that Buy.com chose to do business with. Unfortunately the man in the middle screws refunds up as RitzCamera couldn't refund the money they owed me. They refund Buy.com and then I have to hope Buy.com has their act together. (it seems they didn't this time.) Also, around July of last year, Buy.com was one of the commercial sites there were news stories on about being linked with "controversial marketers". You can search for this story and read for yourself. Then they told me that "All personal information is kept confidential." But their privacy policy states "We may also share your personally identifiable information with third parties who provide services to us, our customers and web site visitors." I wouldn't say Buy.com is evil, just be cautious. Though they didn't help resolve the problem, they did attempt to make up for it by issuing me a gift certificate and asking for forgiveness.

I have spent many thousands of dollars at newegg.com over the years and have never been disappointed. I only had a problem one time with their service and they corrected it immediately. I have bought more products from this store than any online retailer and they ALWAYS out perform their competition. I should have hundreds of these type reviews but I don't have the time and they don't need it here. Their rating speaks for itself. I LOVE NEWEGG!!!!

I ordered a Griffin composite cable for my iPod. I received a Griffin AirCurve. I e-mailed RitzCamera.com that day to explain the error. They replied offering to replace the wrong item. I then called them to clarify the problem. I was told they would send me a return addressed postage paid package to return the item and they would not send me the correct item. I called again the next day and was again told to return the item when I received the prepaid package. I e-mailed them 2 weeks later to explain that I had not received the promised package. They replied with 2 e-mails telling me I would be refunded the $24.00. I filed a dispute with my credit card company when that promise was unfulfilled and waited a month for the investigation to complete unsatisfactorily. I've finally contacted a manager and RitzCamera.com actually issued a refund to Buy.com 2 months ago!!! I have to apologize to Ritz and now go after Buy.com.

I have been buying things online for some time now and have never had a complaint about a store significant enough to do anything about it. This store has got to be the worst ever. I ordered an item that was in stock. The money was taken from my credit card the same day. 3 days later the order is still "pending". (this is per the website, I have yet to receive a confirmation or any e-mail at all.) The moment I send an e-mail asking them to cancel my order the status goes to "back ordered". I have sent several e-mails to every department since then and have heard nothing. I ordered several other things from another website later the same day I ordered from BUYPCDIRECT.COM and have already received those items. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, call the Better Business Bureau, and report this scamming company to as many agencies as I can. I really hope you are reading this before you ordered, unlike me and many others this company has ripped off.
