On January 20 I requested a refund. Since then the customer care representative Raj Kumar keep sending me the same e-mail stating that he will contacts the developer without intention to proceed with the refund. In the past I purchased several applications from this site but never had problems and never requested a refund. Since January 29 I don\u0027t have any response from them . I would not recommend this site.
