    “I ordered a Nintendo Game Shark for my son Sept 30, 2007. It arrived defective. I contacted Baysoft customer service via their customer support email. They responded and instructed me to return the product for an "exchange". I returned the item and waited patiently for a replacement, but never received it. I emailed them again. No response. I went to their website and sent emails to every email address they had listed. This continued for months. I had no way to contact them other than email as their website says "We do not currently offer ordering or support by phone." It has been 3 months and I have been jipped out of my original $14.78 plus the approximate $5 it cost in shipping to return the defective merchandise. I would suggest to everyone to never order from this company. ”
