Purchase several canon bci-6 series generic inks from them on a Thursday and they arrived Monday. Inks seem to be decent quality with expiration dates. Shipping was $8- not too bad. Confirmation email was sent with tracking #

Ordered a Canon XTI (body only) from DEll and received it 2 days later. They had the lowest price I found from a respectable place, and were offering free shipping. I ended up calling them to make sure that it was indeed in stock, and ended up purchasing it from the phone operator. Aside from them asking if I wanted a Dell credit card (w/a $50 Dell gift card), a warranty, and some accessories, the soft sale was pretty easy going. The only downside was having to pay state sales tax. They ended up giving me free 2nd day fed ex, even though the on-line offer showed only regular ups was free.

Ordered a Panasonic DV camcorder on Sunday and it arrived Wed here in AZ for only $7 shipping. They had they lowest price at the time and informed me via email with a tracking #. While the item arrived safely, they did not really package it well at all would be my only criticism.

Ordered some parts online for my refrigerator on Tuesday and got them on Friday. The parts worked fine. They sent tracking information via email quickly. Seems like a good outfit and the prices were what I'd had paid locally

Order a Canon Digital Rebel Kit on a Friday, and it arrived on Wed- shipping was but $4.95. Product worked fine. Emails were sent to inform me of order status and tracking #.

Newegg is really as great to it's customers as you read about in the reviews. They keep you informed about your order and your returns, and getting an RMA was very easy and hassle free, even though I did not have the box for the item anymore. When the replace item came, it did not work either (it was a UPS), so they refunded me my shipping cost for both times that I sent the UPS to them! They have got to be one of the best companies doing business on the internet, and they have prices that are usually some of the lowest out there. Even their use of rebates is good- they advertise the already low price of the item, and then mention below it that, "oh, by the way", there is a rebate!

I have been purchasing color and b/w cartridges
from them for the past few years, mainly for my epson 820 printer, and have only had 1 cartridge that was bad from the start. They sent me out a replacement when I called, and I have had no problems other than that. Orders arrive in a few days, and shipping is free.

I ordered the Pioneer DVR-105A DVD recorder and some PRINCO 4x discs. All arrived timely and worked. They called & emailed me that the Drive was out of stock, but should have it in a day or so. They emailed me the next day and said it arrived and the order would be shipped that day, and sent the fed ex # in a later email that day. Very, very good experience !!!
