I'm posting this a little late, but their shipping was fast when I ordered from them. They sell high end software and a great selection of connectors. I needed one for my PCI-e graphics card to join with another cable.

I pre-orderd an XFX 6800 Ultra graphics PCI-e card on 11-29 and there was an ETA of 12-15. I actually received a card on 12-10. However, it was an eVGA card which isn't as good as an XFX card. I saw the same eVGA card for $100 less at another shop. I ended paying a total of $686. This was overpriced, but I was trying to build an SLI system before Christmas.

The packaging was not very good. It was a bare card that was placed in an opened ended, bubble wrap envelope. There was an instruction book, but I was expecting the retail packaging. The styrofoam peanuts had worked their way into the bubble wrap and next to the card.

“You order EVGA 6800 Ultra PCI-E on 11/27/04. We did not change your order. You thought you order XFX, but you were not! Please double check your order on our web! Also, you ordered the OEM card, not retail, that is why it has no retail box with it.”

Oredered an XFX 6800 GT graphics card on Wednesday and received it in Friday. It was well protected in styrofoam peanuts and the product's retail packaging was present.

Let me say first is that SVC shipped my two packages very fast. They took my order late on a Thursday and they arrived on Tuesday. This was UPS ground service.

They had very good prices on my CoolerMaster Stacker case and the Cross Flow fan. The case arrived with no dents or scratches. All parts in the shipment were sent.

I would do business with them again. I wish they carried more items though. Their website was easy to navigate and checkout was secure.

Many games in my order were either less than the lowest or near the lowest of all prices to be found. My only complaint was that of spending too much. They had too many good deals on top of some extra rare games in their wide selection. The "48 Hour Madness" sales are real tempting!
