where should I start...ordered the first phone for xmas present (Dec 25) and decided to return it unopened for upgrade to different phone. there was a completely unreasonable delay time in processing the return for full credit, then they forgot to send the new one. Well after several calls, finally got the right phone delivered Feb 3!!! What happened to January?? So we put the battery in it, and the first message on the display says the battery is incompatible with the charger (samsung). And, no trace of a manual anywhere to be found. What a nightmare, if you read this, you really have no business with this company and they could care less about you. Sad truth, buyer beware. Maybe I can get the correct battery from them, maybe not. Why was the battery exchanged on a "new" product??
