I purchased a Sony TV (KD-36WE955) & TV Stand from WellsDigital on 12/6. They charged my Visa that day. Since then, I have left 2 phone messages and sent 4 emails. I finally spoke to a person on 12/20 and was told that there must be a snafu at the wharehouse. That it would take a little time to discover the status of the order. That I should receive an email confirmation by today in regards to the status.
I have sent an email to them stating that if I do not have a shipping tracking number by EOB today, I will contest the charge with VISA and report them to the BBB for FRAUDULENT business practices.
Buyer beware here!!!!
They seem nice enough, but are more interested in keeping your $$$ than providing the customer with a product and service for the money spent.
