I receive the tag today. I am glad they made the effort to send me the new tag but a corner of it is cut as well and they used a couple info/barcode stickers to cover it up. I wonder if the watch is a factory defect. Any body else are getting their tags cut up as well.

Actually today, I received an email from Pearl with UPS tracking that the little tag is shipped out to me. I will update here when I get the tag and overall experience.

I rate "Stay Away" if you want to buy a watch and give as a gift.
This is the 2nd Movado watch I bought from Ashford.com. The first watch was in NEW condition. The second one, is not. This 2nd one I received seems to be a customer returned the plastic on the watch seems a bit dusty. The thing I really dislike is the little white tag that came with the watch was cut in half. Only half of the white tag was attach to the string on the watch.
I emailed them many times. One of their representative email me saying they CUT all the tags on their watches, saying its a gift option or something, then how come the last watch I got was not cut. They are just giving me the run around, and they are really good at it.
I used live chat and chatted with Christina. She promise to take care of it and send me a new tag. After a week with out hearing anything from them, I try to contact them again and they are not helpful. I emailed them and Pearl reply saying they will get me a new tag, its like another week or so and nothing. I highly doubt they will sent me a new tag. They say they will take care of it so I can stop bugging them.
Their After Sales Customer Service is very POOR.
