Poor Customer Service.
I bought some lingerie online at Macy's.com. When it arrived it did not fit, so I went to Macy's to return it. They would not refund my money, even though I had a receipt. The employee even said I had the wrong receipt, which I did not. They would only give me a store credit, even though I had a receipt and wanted a full refund. Then I saw at the bottom of the receipt the words “process as a no receipt return.” I don't know why it said this. There is no mention of this in their returns policy. Anyway, I spent their store credit, then cut up my credit card and mailed it to them. I'm sure Dillards doesn't treat their customers this way.
