I ordered an Epson printer off the Staples web site and the order indicated a ship date about 4 days out. When I checked the status of the order online it appeared that the date was not progressing fast enough to meet the expected ship date, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived on schedule. Normally, I will blast a company for poor service, and I did notice many unfavorable reviews for Staples, but my experience was excellent. Based upon my experience I would have to give them a very positive rating.

I had a great experience with BuyDig. Bought a Sandisk Sansa Fuze+, and the mp3 player was horrible - through no fault of BuyhDig. BugDig made the return process easy and fast. I thought it would be a protracted horrible experience because they had the disclaimer that returns might take something like 7-10 days to be credited. They had given me credit within 2 days of having received the item. What a pleasant surprise. I've bought from them before and will in the future. Good pricing and good service. Great combination.
