I needed a replacement lamp for my Panasonic rear projection LCD HDTV. Part number TY-LA1000.

Although I found lower priced items, after additional research, I discovered that the 'cheaper' lamps are not manufactured by Osram or Philips and/or they do not include the housing. I purchased the Philips lamp with housing. It has a 6 month manufacturer warranty and lamps-dlp.com extends it for an additional 6 months.

Ordered on 1/18 and received on 1/20! Free Shipping. Status emails with tracking numbers. All original boxes. Included replacement instructions and also how to reset the Lamp Timer.

Great customer service/experience.
