I ordered a pair of Dansko clogs on Feb. 14th and received an e-mail that they would be shipped in 4-7days. When I did not recieved them, I e-mail costumer service requesting a status update and they responded quickly stating they were back ordered and would be shipped within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, still no shoes, I e-mailed them again and got the response they would be shipped directly from the distrubutor and should recieve by mid March. Waited again, emailed again, and again quick response stating they would be shipped within 2 weeks. I went on vacation, came back and sent e-mail to cancel the order and have sent 3 more e-mails and made 2 phone calls leaving a message. As everyone else dealing with this company, I have not heard any response back. It seems they only respond to e-mails when you are checking the status of an order.
