To their credit, I ordered the free item of the day on one order in the past and it was back ordered. Imagine my surprise when the back-ordered free item was actually shipped! <br><br>I am currently in the midst of RMA heck, but nothing I haven\u0027t seen anywhere else. They had sent me the two sticks of RAM I ordered, one worked in my machine and the other didn\u0027t even though they were identical. I returned the faulty piece which, of course, passed their quality test. I am now waiting for my replacement....<br><br>Never order anything from here if you need it in a hurry. Prices are decent, but my past orders have taken 2-3 weeks to receive even though they charge my card promptly.
