I recently placed an order with topgunsupply.com and was called the next day to be told they could not ship my product due to legal restrictions that did not allow them to fill the order and that they were going to have to charge me a 10% restocking fee for product that never left their location. No where during the order process was the restriction mentioned, the online process allowed me to place the order. They charged my credit card and now because they can't fill the order they accepted they are going to charge me a restocking fee? GREAT customer service don't you think? The 10% only comes to $5.79 but if they do this to 100 people they are making $579 because their order processinng system lets you place the order and then they can't ship it. DO NOT ORDER FROM topgunsupply.com
