Great store to work with. At first I was detured by the price of shipping to the US. But if you think about it, the prices of most of their products are quite a bit cheaper then anywhere else so the cost of shipping pretty much just levels it out to the competition price. I ended up buying an upgraded airsoft gun from them and they did a fantastic job.

If you don't buy a gun from them, I'd suggest buying in bulk though, possibly a group order to save on shipping. Also, if you want to buy a gun from them, buy just the gun, otherwise shipping will nearly double, just becuase of the box shape they will need to use.

If you buy a preupgraded gun like I did, it will take a couple extra days to ship out, but when it did ship out, it was at my door within 24 hours of notice. So overall almost 5 days shipping time.

The prices are a bit higher then some other high quality online airsoft stores. But because they are based in the US, everything arrives quite a bit quicker then stores based in Japan. I did buy bb's from them once just becuase I was placing an order with them for something else and I needed them, but I don't think I'll do that again. They really do over charge for bb's but I do have to admit their Inertia brand is pretty high grade and never had a jam with them.

Most of my orders from them come within 3 days of placing the order, without requesting the rush delivery.

Overall, they are a good company and will place more orders through them when I need things in a hurry.

I placed a huge order on January 31st. One week later my order hadn't shipped out, so I emailed them asking what's going on. It took 2 days for a response in which she was very bland and only told me that she was able to retrieve my order.

Four days later, on a Wednesday, I called them. I talked to a guy that claimed that they didn't have all of the items in stock at the time, so they shipped out what they could last Wednesday, a week before I called. But he wasn't able to give me a tracking number, nor was I ever charged for it yet, so when I asked him about being charged, he said they'd take care of it and expect the order in 2-3 more days and basicly hung up on me.

Considering that nothing in the order was really needed all that much, I didn't worry about it untill last night, Febuary 22, which told me that my credit card's phone number did not match that of the bank and they cancled my order without warning.

I called them up again and the guy I talked to this time claimed he couldn't find record of my order number at all... And the website said the order number didn't exist either.

I purchased a black I-Pod nano. I happened to get one of the faulty ones with a bad screen and it broke after a month of normal use. I requested an RMA and I was astouned by the fact that they actually shipped you a prepaid box for you to ship the product back to them. They even inluding foam for packaging and tape to reseal the box.

It was very fast shipping considering it told me an average wait time of 1-2 weeks plust another 5 or 6 days for shipping half way across the world. Plus with my order it was free!

Can't comment much on the prices because Apple prices are pretty much standard no matter where you look.

Can't beat the price, but it's the shipping that they will catch ya on. They charged me a little bit more then other places, and took 2 days to leave the warehouse. But for the price that I ended up paying, I still couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else.

Also, I'd have to say they website isn't the best to work with.

Descent prices, especially on the "Blue light specials". I bought a fan controller that was on sale along with several fan grills. Very quick shipping with actual shipping prices, none of that bloated "handling" fee.

They have a very wide range of hard to find items. I was looking all over for a certian fan and they were the only place I know of that carried them. With the purchase I bought a couple of other items that were hard to find or just very expensive at other places. Everything I bought and looked at were at very competitive prices...

Edit: I didn't even mention about how prompt their customer support was... I had a question about something before I bought, so I sent them an email and they replied to me within the hour... I was thinking their offices were closed already and I'd hear back in the morning, but I was happily suprised.

There's not much to say about this place except for wow.... I've never seen an online store with such a large selection. My order consisted of a bunch of different screw for a new computer case I'm building and some new tubing for my water cooling loop. The screws were for my optical drives which usually retail for a quarter a piece where as I bought a box of 100 for 5 bucks.... Also the black oxide button head screws that I got sold for 30c a piece at the local hardware store, 10 bucks for box of 100. The tubing that I got along with some 120mm fan filters were more then half the price of any other computer store.

Oh, and I can't forget about the shipping. I placed my order late on Sunday night after hours. It shipped out Monday morning before I even got outa bed. I then recieved my package on Wednesday via ground shipping. They also charge exact shipping rates. It was kind of annoying that they didn't tell you shipping cost untill after you order, but it is a very minimal charge.

I will definatly be coming back to this place, it's like the worlds largest discount hardware store.

I originally found him at his ebay store with a search for sheet aluminum. After talking with him via email, I knew he really was a great guy. He also gave me a great deal on a combined order.

He is also a very trusthworthy guy. I will definatly go back to him for my next custom computer case build.

At first, you might have a little difficulty finding your way around the website, but if you visit his ebay store under the same name, you'll find all the sheet aluminum you'll ever need. It's also worth dropping them an email letting them know your interested in buying. He replied back promptly everytime.

So far, they have been great to me. I have actually made 2 orders in the past weak. First order was placed on July 25th which consisted of most of my parts(I recieved them today, August 4th). The second order consisted of my pump and cpu block, I made 2 orders so that I could get the layout ready in my case with my rad, but I waited on second order because they were out of stock on the D5 pump (with money saving combo on TDX CPU block). After waiting several days, I just gave in and ordered the DDC pump and TDX CPU block on July 29th. I don't blame them for not having the pump in stock considering they are made in Europe..... The parts I have recieved are quality parts.

On my first order that took place on the 25th, I paid via Paypal (not a good choice). I'm not sure whose fault it was but my transaction took 4 days to process. But my parts were shipped within the hour of the succesful transaction. My second order took place on Friday the 29th. DDS is closed on the weekends (so I've read somewhere else), but my order was fullfilled and shipped out the next Monday, this time I paid with credit (much quicker transaction proccess). Both orders I used FedEx home delivery. It takes an extra day of so for delivery but I didn't mind for an exty 8 bucks off per order. Next shipment should come in tommarow (box is currently in local airport warehouse).

Only problem, my Danger Den Bay Reservoir High-Density Polyethylene did not come with the correct threading on the barbs, but I'm hoping Kathy will pull through with the excelent customer support as she has with my previous questions, (answered within the hour of a sent email).

Edit: After emailing Kathy in customer support, she replied quickly yet again and shipped out the correct fittings without another word said. I recieved the new fittings in 3 days. My second order has since arrived. Both quality parts and am very happy with them. So far I'm loving all of my parts from them as long as I listened to the only directions that came with them, "Do not over tighten fittings."
